Diversity and creation of inclusive teams is a key objective for Dassault Systèmes; we believe these are core characteristics to encourage creativity and provide a fulfilling work environment. One way this commitment is reflected in the composition of our company’s governance, with 38.5% of the executive team composed of women.

We strengthen our culture of inclusive teams by putting a focus on expanding the global talent pool.

We’re proud to support a number of worldwide programs that expose more women to career opportunities in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), primarily through the efforts of La Fondation Dassault Systèmes, 3DEXPERIENCE EDU and 3DS WIN and its partner organizations. We offer professional development to our current female workforce, including through customized training programs, networking opportunities through our partnerships with dedicated professional associations and our biannual career development process.  

Our company purpose of harmonizing product, nature and life gives meaning to employees’ professional lives. Our culture of innovation offers everyone opportunities to contribute and engage in meaningful projects to support people and businesses, not only in service of our industry clients but also in fields such as Education and Research. This collective mindset is demonstrated in many ways, including through our annual 3DS INNOVATION Forwards contest, offering employees the opportunity to join Climate Fresk workshops and the continuous involvement of volunteer mentors with the 3DEXPERIENCE Lab and La Fondation Dassault Systèmes.

In 2022, our employee pride and satisfaction rate, measured by a global survey, improved by almost two points to 85%.

Compliance with ethical rules and international standards is also part of Dassault Systèmes’ values.

After launching a new version of the Code of Business Conduct in 2020, updated dedicated ethics and compliance training was rolled out. This module includes an educational presentation of the whistleblowing procedure and each employees’ acknowledgment of the rules set in the code. To ensure mastery of the fundamentals of ethics and compliance, this training is recurrent and mandatory for all employees on an annual basis.
